  • Oil for deep frying

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Filling:

b. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute until the raw smell disappears.

c. Add minced meat and cook until it changes color.

d. Stir in cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until the meat is fully cooked and the spices are well combined.

e. Add chopped coriander leaves, green chili (if using), and lemon juice. Mix well and remove from heat. Let the filling cool.

2. Prepare the Dough:

a. In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, ghee or oil, and salt.

b. Gradually add water and knead to form a smooth and firm dough.

c. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for at least 30 minutes.

3. Shape the Samosas:

a. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each portion into a ball.

b. Roll each ball into a thin oval or round shape.

c. Cut the oval or round into two equal halves to form two semi-circles.

d. Create a cone shape by folding one semi-circle over the other, sealing the edges with a little water.

e. Fill each cone with the prepared keema filling and seal the open edge, pinching the edges to secure.

4. Fry the Samosas:

a. Heat oil in a deep pan for frying.

b. Once the oil is hot, carefully slide in the samosas and fry until they turn golden brown and crispy.

c. Remove the samosas and place them on paper towels to absorb excess oil.

5. Serve:

a. Serve the keema samosas hot with your favorite chutney or sauce.

b. Enjoy the delicious and savory Keema Samosas as a delightful snack or appetizer!
